7-day returns

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost). Email us first so we can send a return label.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund — no need to return the item.

Perishables & opened products

Once a product seal is broken, we cannot accept it back unless the issue is a quality defect.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.
